Important Notice!

Here are two main issues and possible resolutions for you.
- If you are experiencing a ‘Cornerstone 109’ error message when you attempt to log in, please clear your browser history for the last 4 weeks and try again. Using Chrome instead of Edge has been helpful to some users as well. Ensure you are accessing the system via this link: NL Health Services | LEARN
- If you are selecting forgot password, and not receiving an email – please try it again a couple times. We are working with the vendor to understand, however, password reset emails appear to come through successfully after a couple of attempts.
